Do you offer after-hours medical care?
Yes, our supported GPs offer extended hours Tuesday & Thursday until 8pm, weekend appointments 9am-12pm at The Arch location, and after-hours phone consultations.
How can I book an appointment?
Book online through our Hot Doc system, or contact reception at 03 5327 7277 to schedule appointments with any of our supported consulting doctors.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept card and cheque payments on behalf of our consulting doctors. Full payment is required at consultation with instant Medicare rebate processing available.
Are there cancellation fees?
Yes, failure to cancel appointments with 24 hours notice may incur a $77 non-attendance fee at the discretion of your consulting doctor.
Is the practice accessible?
All three locations (The Arch, Howitt Street, Victoria Street) offer accessible facilities with convenient parking and proximity to pathology/pharmacy services.
