Innovative Recruitment was founded by Dusanka, who started her career in human resources with a focus on recruitment. She then went on to establish "Footscray Personnel" in the 1970s, which later became Innovative Recruitment in 1995. Today, we operate from Port Melbourne, servicing businesses throughout Australia in both industrial and commercial recruitment solutions.
