Our Story
Our story began in the late 1940s, with a young boy's adventures in a country bakery. Our founder, Kerry Connole, would visit his grandparents at their Busy Bee general store in Bellata, where he'd watch the local baker at work. This experience sparked a passion for bread-making that would drive our journey. Years later, Kerry lease the old bakery and restored it with his sons Andrew and Christian, and the rest, as they say, is history.
