Our experienced team, led by Kathy Stirrup, offers a range of services designed to support individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life's challenges.

Our Approach

We take an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing a range of modalities and techniques to tailor our services to each unique individual and situation. Our team is trained in various therapeutic approaches, including Play Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Counselling, and Mothercraft Nursing. Our Services

Our services are designed to support individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. Our Mothercraft Nursing services provide support and guidance for parents with little ones, helping them to grow their confidence and skills in parenting and navigate the challenges of childcare. Our Play Therapy and Counselling services provide a safe and supportive environment for children, teenagers, and adults to express themselves and work through their challenges. Our Expressive Arts Therapy services offer a creative and holistic approach to therapy, using art, music, drama, and other forms of expression to facilitate growth and healing.

Our Team

Our team is led by Kathy Stirrup, a highly experienced and compassionate therapist with over 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Kathy is a registered therapist with a range of qualifications, including a Diploma in Social Services, a Diploma in Counselling, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Play Therapy. She is supported by Alexandra Newmarch, a Registered Psychologist with a range of qualifications and experience working with children, teenagers, and adults.
