Meet the Team
Our dedicated and experienced team at IDS shares a collective passion for dance, ensuring that each student enjoys a rich and rewarding experience. Our principal and head teacher, Janani Beadle, has over 30 years of dance experience and 20 years of teaching experience. Trained in Bharatha Natyam, Jazz, Tap, and Ballet, Janani has transformed into a versatile and accomplished dancer. As a qualified Dance Teacher, Janani has expanded the dance classes started by her mother, Meena Beadle, and founded The Indian Dance School.
Janani has represented IDS and showcased her talent at various prestigious events, including auditions for the United India Association (Sydney), the TV series Bollywood Star, and Dance India Dance (Australia). She has also collaborated with Christine Dunston Productions, the Australian Dance Festival, and Anupam Sharma for the Australian Movie UNINDIAN, among others.

- SRL Building - Formula Performing Arts, Wentworthville
- Beaumont Hills Community Centre, Kellyville
- Crestwood Community Centre, Baulkham Hills
In addition to Liverpool, Wentworthville, Kellyville, and Baulkham Hills, IDS has also had the opportunity to share their talent, passion, and culture in other cities and countries by conducting workshops, performances, and collaborations.
What We Offer
IDS aims to nurture each student's individuality and ability to challenge and grow their dance skills and expand their dance vocabulary. We provide recreational and professional level classes tailored to follow a special syllabus.
Our programs include:
- Dance styles: Bharatha Natyam, Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Contemporary, Bollywood, Hip-Hop, and more
- Dance exams for those pursuing professional qualifications
- Competition participation for students who wish to compete at various levels
