- Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process trauma and related emotional distress.
- Inner Space Techniques (IST) to cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation, and spiritual growth.
- Somatic Psychotherapy to explore and release physical tension and emotional blockages.
