At Heart-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy, we believe that change and healing are possible through cultivating supportive conditions. Our approach is centred around creating a safe, warm, empathic, non-judgemental, and inclusive therapeutic space where individuals can explore and develop their capacity to be in the present moment, feel their body and emotions, and connect with others.
Our services are designed to help individuals make sense of their past, express their feelings, befriend themselves, release shame and guilt, and ultimately align their living with their heart's desires. We understand that this journey often requires making space for the dark, the pain, the confusion, and the hurt, before slowly and surely taking steps towards a lighter and more fulfilling experience of life.
Our Therapeutic Approach
Our therapeutic approach is holistic and somatic, honouring the unity of mind-body-soul/spirit/purpose. We also incorporate psychodynamic and relational elements, acknowledging the impact of past experiences on current relationships and behaviours. Our work aims to promote sustainable change in people's lives, integrating and weaving aspects of different approaches to honour each client's unique needs and experiences.

We offer individual and group therapy sessions, as well as personal development and growth opportunities. Our services are tailored to support individuals in processing, healing, and growing from a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, perfectionism, anger, body image issues, fertility issues, miscarriage, and conflictual close relationships.
