Our Story
Howard Park Wines is a pioneering family-owned winery, specialising in the premier regions of Margaret River and the Great Southern. Our vision is clear: we are committed to creating wines that are expressive of their terroir. For over 35 years, we have been crafting beautiful wines that are born from our deep understanding of the land, our passion for winemaking, and our unwavering dedication to quality.
Heritage
Our story began with John Wade, our founder, who saw enormous potential in the budding Great Southern wine region. His first two wines, a Riesling and Cabernet Sauvignon, have stood the test of time and still form the backbone of our range today. In 1988, Jeff and Amy Burch joined forces with John Wade to develop a pastoral property in Margaret River, which would become the Leston vineyard. In 1993, they became partners in Howard Park, opening a winery and cellar door in Denmark in 1997. After John Wade's departure, the Burch family took sole control of Howard Park in 1998.

We operate across four regions in Western Australia, including Perth, Margaret River, Pemberton, and the Great Southern. Each region offers unique terroir, and we are dedicated to showcasing the best of both Margaret River and Great Southern.
