Cleanliness and Hygiene Issues
The cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel were questioned by multiple reviewers. Megan Rees reported that her room was "disgustingly dirty" with previous guests' hair in the bathroom and food scraps in the microwave. She spent an hour cleaning the room to make it hygienic for her children. When she raised this issue with the reception, she was told that the hotel was having issues with cleaning due to COVID. Jinwoo Park mentioned that he was bitten by bed bugs during his stay and found the hotel to be not hygienic.
Great Location and Convenience

Sleep Quality and Noise Issues
Eric Boudville had issues with the soundproofing in his room, sharing a door and wall with a neighbor's kitchen/living room. He found it difficult to sleep due to the noise and smells. Missranged also mentioned that the doors were not appropriately soundproof and had issues with noise, particularly due to a person who was "cracked out of their minds" running up and down the corridor at 2am.
Customer Service
