Kingsway Counselling is a renowned counselling service established in 1994 in central Geelong, Victoria. Our dedicated team consists of a psychologist and a counsellor/family therapist who provide a professional, client-centred approach within a warm, welcoming environment. Meet Our Team

Our team consists of two highly experienced and skilled professionals: Mavis Thompson and Avan Zarb. Mavis, our senior counsellor/family therapist, has over 25 years of experience in counselling and has worked in various settings, including education and healthcare. Avan, our consulting psychologist, has more than 20 years of experience and has worked in various settings, including education, community agencies, and private practice.

Both Mavis and Avan are committed to providing a client-centred approach, using a range of therapeutic models and techniques to develop a tailored style of therapy that suits each client's unique needs. They are registered with relevant professional associations and are dedicated to ongoing professional development to ensure they provide the highest level of care to our clients.
