From fitness classes to swim lessons, sports programs to kids' activities, and even a theatre and cafe, we strive to offer a quality lifestyle experience that caters to all ages and interests.
Our Services
STARplex offers a diverse range of services designed to promote health, wellness, and recreation. Our state-of-the-art fitness centre provides a variety of group fitness classes, personal training, and gym facilities, as well as a range of specialized programs such as Pilates, massage therapy, and hydrotherapy. Our swim centre offers year-round climate-controlled pools, learn-to-swim programs, and water fitness classes. For the younger ones, we have a creche, kids' sports, and kindergarten programs, as well as birthday party packages and school holiday activities.
Pilates and Fitness
Our Pilates studio offers Reformer Pilates classes, which focus on muscle toning and all-body sculpting while being low-impact. Our fitness centre provides a range of group fitness classes, including virtual classes, as well as personal training and gym facilities.
