South-East Monash Legal Services provides free and confidential legal services across the south-east, including the City of Greater Dandenong, Casey and Cardinia. As a Community Legal Centre, we offer free interpreter services for people who speak a language other than English. Our services are tailored to vulnerable and disadvantaged community members, and we work to change unjust laws and systems to ensure access to justice for all. We provide legal assistance, advocacy, and support through various programs, including clinical, practical legal training, and integrated partnership and community programs. Our team helps people with their legal problems, witnesses the obstacles many face in the justice system, and amplifies the voice of our community. We are committed to supporting LGBTQIA+ people and communities, and we acknowledge the ongoing impact of colonisation, dispossession, and racism.
