Jennifer Robinson: "Installed risers on my septic 6 months ago - the whole thing has collapsed and he wont return my calls. useless. claims the tank was too old and he could not predict it happening. why then did you make me spend $4000 on risers on something that was too old - who is the expert? perhaps if he returned a call i wouldnt be so angry and i didnt even tell him he has to pay to fix it i just want him to come and look at it and we can work out a reasonable solution form there. very unprofessional. very punctual at generating his invoice though"
