At Di Censo Butchers, we're not your ordinary butchers. We're merchants of fine food, dedicated to sourcing only the best locally and ethically raised produce. We believe in the importance of educating consumers about the difference between ethically raised, outdoor bred, free-range, and organic livestock versus intensively farmed animals. Through eight generations, our family has distinguished themselves as artisanal butchers dedicated to our rich and ancient craft. We consider butchery a noble art, and we respect the animal and how it has been raised. This respect is carried through to when it arrives in store and is divided into primal cuts.

Our award-winning sausages are made with premium meat and poultry, and are free from gluten, fructose, preservatives, artificial flavors, and MSG.

We offer home delivery services, allowing you to enjoy our premium produce from the comfort of your own home. We also provide school tours, educating the next generation about the importance of eating well and providing a hands-on experience in our shop.
