How We Can Help
We offer a range of services to support healthy minds, including evidence-based mindfulness and meditation events and programs. Our recommended pathway for an all-encompassing approach to mindfulness and meditation is designed to help you unlock a complete mindful experience. Mindful Education
We are proud to have made a difference in the lives of over 17,000 children, through 3,700 educators completing our training and over 5,000 taking part in our presentations. We believe that the skill of being present in the moment and being able to calm yourself is a vital tool for life. Our Mindful Education programs are designed to improve the classroom experience, mental health, and wellbeing of both students and teachers.
Mindful Healthcare
Our Mindful Healthcare programs offer support and strategies to prioritise the emotional and mental wellbeing of those working on our frontline. We recognise the importance of ensuring that healthcare professionals have access to effective mindfulness and meditation practices to help them manage the stresses of their roles.
Mindful Workplaces
We work closely with workplaces to help inspire a workplace where employees experience improved job satisfaction, relationships, and personal well-being. Our Mindful Workplaces programs are designed to help employees develop the skills and strategies they need to manage stress, improve focus, and cultivate a positive work environment.
