Disappointing Stump Grinding Experience
However, Brian Gillies had a less than satisfactory experience with Jason. Despite agreeing to grind the stump down to 100mm below ground level, Jason only ground it down to ground level. When Brian requested a refund for the incomplete job, Jason initially agreed to refund $100 but only refunded $43.75. This led to Brian having to hire another company to complete the job correctly. The negative experience earned Jason a 1-star rating from Brian.
