Unreliability and Unfriendly Management
Several reviewers have expressed their disappointment with the management of the accommodation. Author Robert Parker was treated with disrespect and had difficulty booking extra nights when his wife was undergoing chemotherapy. Author Gareth Riley was greeted with a rude attitude from the manager when he arrived late at night due to work commitments. Author Boundless Mvp had trouble finding the room key and management accused them of stealing it, while Author Tommy Tutone mentioned that the cleaner had ADHD and cleaning was random.
Poor Condition and Uncomfortable Accommodations
Several reviewers have also complained about the condition of the apartments. Author Robert Parker mentioned that the couch in his wife's apartment was uncomfortable and collapsed. Author Gareth Riley mentioned that the rooms were poorly designed and had weird stains on the carpets. Author Matt Wong mentioned that the air conditioning broke down constantly during his stay in the midst of summer.
