Our founder, Cheryl Smith, is a qualified and experienced counsellor and EFT Practitioner (B Soc Sc; Dip Teach; EFT Advanced level) with membership in the Australian Counsellors Association (ACA). She employs evidence-based approaches, including EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), to address anxiety, stress, grief & loss, trauma, and various other mental health concerns.
