Our Story
Founded in 2009 by sisters Maddie Sparkle and Michelle Shimmy, Pole Dance Academy has grown to become one of the most reputable pole dance studios in the world. With four locations in Sydney, we have established ourselves as a leader in the industry, attracting pole dancers from around the globe. Our founders, Michelle Shimmy and Maddie Sparkle, are world-renowned pole dancers with over 10 years of experience in teaching, competing, judging, and performing.
