Lack of Communication and Poor Customer Service
Some reviewers have expressed frustration with the business's lack of communication and poor customer service. Symone Mei, Erika Ran, and Sarinee Mayong all mentioned that they struggled to get in touch with the business, citing failed attempts at emailing, calling, and messaging on Facebook. These reviewers were left feeling ignored and abandoned.
Varied Teaching Experience
Reviews of the teaching staff have been mixed. Warittha Tieosapjaroen found that some instructors didn't show up to class, and the absolute beginner classes were not suitable for absolute beginners. On the other hand, L. T. praised Keanu's teaching skills and approachability. Melody Tang had a good experience with Penny's contemporary class, but wished for better air flow and a cleaner dance floor.
Positive Experiences
However, not all experiences were negative. Witney Jimenez, Ben McFly, and Michellee Gracee all had positive experiences at the studio. They praised the variety of classes offered, the talented and supportive teachers, and the friendly community of dancers.
Room for Improvement
Several reviewers suggested areas for improvement. D. L. was upset by the receptionist's inconsiderate behavior, while L. T. criticized the booking system and the crowded classrooms. Sarinee Mayong struggled to find helpful information from the receptionist.
