General Overview
The reviews of Inland Psychiatric Medical Group vary widely, ranging from extremely positive to very negative experiences. Some reviewers praised the staff and doctors for their attentiveness, care, and professionalism, while others criticized the clinic for milking patient's insurance and money, and having rude and unprofessional staff members.
Positive Feedback
Several reviewers, including Brittany Amaya, Chris Moore, and Ginger Reed, appreciated the clinic's staff and doctors for their attentive care and professionalism. They highlighted the non-judgmental attitude, genuine concern, and the staff's commitment to prioritizing patient well-being. These positive experiences were a welcome change for these patients who had previously had unsatisfactory experiences with other healthcare providers.
Negative Feedback
On the other hand, Kristen Wang and Sabi Mahmood had extremely negative experiences with the clinic, particularly with Nurse Practitioner Cindy Ordonez and Ashee Waryam, NP. Kristen was upset about the clinic's practice of requiring monthly appointments to continue receiving medication, which she felt was unnecessary and an attempt to milk her insurance. Sabi was disappointed with Ashee's rude behavior, lack of concern for her feelings, and constant demands during appointments. Both reviewers felt that the clinic prioritized money over patient care.
