Negative Experience
Sharon Bignell had a horrific experience with the broker, particularly with the Managing Director Mark Reid. She described him as arrogant, rude, and incompetent, with unprofessional communication. The situation was made worse by the lack of support from the broker in dealing with the insurance company, leading them to handle the claim directly with the insurer, who they found to be fantastic. They would not recommend using this broker, especially not under Mark Reid's management.
