At Scope, we're passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. As one of the largest not-for-profit disability service providers in Australia, we operate across Victoria and New South Wales through more than 425 service locations, supporting over 5600 people with complex intellectual, physical and multiple disabilities.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of disability services, including Home and Living, Therapy, Social and Community Participation, Communication Aids, Employment Support, and Coordination. Our team of specialists, including those in communication and positive behaviour support, work in partnership with clients, carers, and families to deliver high-quality services that cater to individual needs.

In addition to our disability services, we also provide employment opportunities for people with a disability through our Customised Employment, Disability Employment Services (DES), School Leaver Program (SLES), and Supported Employment Training Services. We believe in fostering a culture of inclusion in the workforce, and our disability inclusion programs are designed to help businesses and schools become more inclusive.
