Customer Feedback Summary
Thompson Nissan has received mixed reviews from their customers. Some customers had positive experiences with the service department, such as Kitt Happens, Sixpence Zack, Judy Rodda, and Simon Montgomery, who all praised the staff for their friendly and efficient service. Kitt Happens mentioned that the team responded swiftly to a mishap and provided exceptional customer service. Sixpence Zack was impressed with the level of service received, despite being a new customer from another town. Judy Rodda thanked Michael and Zac for their excellent help in dealing with a problem with her Pulsar Hatch. Simon Montgomery was satisfied with the price and service offered by Thompson Holden, purchasing his second brand new car from them.
However, other customers had less than satisfactory experiences. Ewen Huggins had an issue with the size of a car rim ordered and was not satisfied with the handling of the matter. Sean Davies was unable to get a key ordered and felt the staff refused to help. Jodi Bussell found the service to be slow and not very helpful, and Darcy Colling had a terrible experience with the vehicle service department, including delays and receiving the car back with items not fixed. Ryan Williams had issues with the service department due to overcharging and a lack of knowledge about the model of his girlfriend's Nissan Pulsar.
