Who We Are

Based in Bayswater and Mount Evelyn, our nursery employs over 85 adults with intellectual disabilities. We harness their untapped potential by providing a supportive and inclusive work environment where they can learn, grow, and develop valuable skills. Together, we produce over three million plants annually, serving both the retail and commercial markets.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including:

• Contract growing and supplying plants: We deliver high-quality plants for various projects, including level crossing removals, rail infrastructure, and private gardens.
• Social procurement solutions: We partner with government and private organizations to deliver sustainable and cost-effective plants and landscaping solutions.
