As a Master Functional Trainer with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, I, Sandra, have dedicated my career to understanding the intricacies of human movement. With extensive experience in Reformer Pilates, Corrective Exercise, and Functional Training, I've developed a unique approach that combines the latest research and scientific principles to design personalized programs that address individual movement concerns and goals.
