Our Precision Grinding services include surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, tool and jig grinders, and tool and cutter grinding. We also specialize in precision carbide tooling, producing special purpose tooling to your specifications by grinding, wire-cutting, spark erosion, cylindrical grinding, surface grinding, or tool and cutter grinding. Additionally, we offer General Engineering services, including special purpose carbide tooling to your specifications by grinding, wire-cutting, spark erosion, cylindrical grinding, surface grinding, or tool and cutter grinding. Our Polishing and Lapping services achieve high accuracies with superior finish. We also offer a repair service for worn or damaged parts, and if unable to repair, we can reverse-engineer from sample components. Lastly, our Inspection services utilize a CMM (Computer Measuring Machine) to measure within 0.001mm, ensuring the accuracy of your precision components.
