Our team comprises highly skilled Engineers and Drafters with more than 35 years of experience in the design and documentation of commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. With a wealth of expertise at the helm, Steve Christopoulos, the Director of the firm, has worked for over 28 years in private practice and brings an invaluable perspective in design concepts and understanding clients' needs. Our team members are proudly associated with prestigious organisations such as the Institute of Engineers Australia, the Association of Consulting Structural Engineers Victoria, and the Concrete Institute of Australia. • 4 Storey Apartment Building with Basement Carpark: Our experience extends to designing basements with reinforced masonry retaining walls and concrete slabs. Additionally, we have expertise in designing ground floor suspended slabs, beams on reinforced concrete columns, and lightweight construction for upper floors using steel and timber.

• 2 Storey Dwellings with Basement Carpark: Our team has delivered numerous 2 storey brick veneer constructions supported on a suspended ground floor slab, complete with reinforced masonry walls and reinforced concrete columns for basement car parks.
