Since 2016, Beyond Welding has forged a powerful reputation for excellence in the welding and fabrication world. With over 20 years of industry experience, our directors Geoff and Lisa Dobson head a passionate, fully qualified team proficient in working with steel, aluminium, stainless steel, brass, carbon steel, ferrous and non-ferrous materials. As an Australian-owned and operated business, we take pride in building trusted relationships with reputable suppliers and contractors, delivering quality parts and products at competitive prices, plus repairing and maintaining equipment.
Our Services
Our comprehensive range of services is designed to meet the unique needs of our clients. We offer:
- Welding: Incorporating advanced technologies and processes, and aligning to all required Australian standards, our qualified tradespeople perform GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW welding across aluminium, steel, stainless steel, oxy acetylene, and testing requirements.
- Fabrication: Brake press forming, sheet metal rolling, and all aspects of metal fabrication backed by quality GTAW/GMAW machines and welders, magnetic drills, and oxy/acetylene equipment. We collaborate with reputable partners for coating, laser, plasma, water jet cutting, finishing, galvanising, and drafting.
- Cutting, Rolling & Forming: Backed by quality guillotine (6mm thickness, sheet size up to 3200mm) and cold saw cutting equipment (round/square/rectangular), Beyond Welding excels in sheet metal rolling, brake press folding, cutting, and oxy acetylene applications.
- Non-Destructive Testing: Fully qualified industry professionals for all magnetic particle, visual, and liquid/dye penetrant testing (MP, VT, DPI/LPI), backed by our full reporting process and trademark attention to detail and safety.
