Our Philosophy
We believe that children are capable, curious, and founders of their own knowledge. Our passionate teams at Minnows support children in learning how to learn, and we teach and learn with you and your child, sharing and respecting the uniqueness and diversity of all families, including a respect for traditional Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We foster wellbeing in a relaxed, sustainable learning environment, where a bond of trust is developed with respect for each other and oneself, so that we can learn together.
Our Programs
We cater for children from 0-6 years old, and our programs are guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, which encompasses, extends, and enriches children's learning from birth through to their transition to school. Our programs include:
- Infant program (Birth to 2 years)
- Toddler program (2-3 years)
- 3 Year Old Kindergarten
- 4 Year Old Kindergarten
Our Curriculum
Our curriculum is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and is designed to support children's unique strengths and abilities. We focus on literacy and language, STEM skills, and sustainable living and learning, and our experienced educators are invested in best practices and furthering their knowledge and practice to teach and learn with your child.
