Questions
What is asbestos and why is it dangerous?
Asbestos is a mineral with microscopic fibers that cause fatal illnesses like lung cancer when inhaled. It was widely used in construction until the 1990s for its durability and fire resistance.
How do I know if my property contains asbestos?
Properties built before 1990 likely contain asbestos. Our professionals conduct inspections and testing to confirm its presence, especially in roofing, walls, or insulation materials.
Can I remove asbestos myself?
You may remove non-friable asbestos under 10 square meters. Larger or friable asbestos requires licensed professionals to ensure safety and legal compliance.

We operate across South East Queensland, including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Toowoomba, with capacity to handle projects beyond these regions.
