Poor Communication and Unprofessional Behavior
Some reviewers have shared their negative experiences at Northside Vet Clinic. Shannon S. had a disastrous experience, where they were told that ear marking for desex operation was mandatory, when in fact it's not. They were also led to believe that their kitten had chronic kidney diseases and possible cardiological problems, only to find out that the results were on the border of normal. The vet's behavior was described as unprofessional and money-hungry.
William Nagle also had a terrible experience, where they were kept waiting for over two hours by a receptionist who lied to them about the wait time. The dog was anxious and worked up by the time they were finally seen, and the procedure couldn't be done. The reviewer described the vet's attitude as high and mighty and dismissive.
Good Service and Professionalism
On the other hand, M. Low had a positive experience at the clinic. They found the clinic to be clean and well-equipped, and the receptionists were helpful and professional. Their dog recovered well from an anaesthetic dental procedure.
