Services
Spinal Physiotherapy
Our spinal physiotherapy addresses back and neck pain through comprehensive assessment and targeted treatment. We identify the root cause of spinal discomfort and implement individualised programs combining manual therapy, exercise prescription, and posture correction. This approach helps patients achieve long-term pain relief and improved mobility while preventing future injuries.
TMJ Treatments
Specialised TMJ disorder treatment focuses on reducing jaw pain and restoring normal function. Our physiotherapists use manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and heat/cold therapy to improve jaw mobility. Patients receive education on pain management strategies and lifestyle modifications to maintain treatment benefits long-term.
Sports Physiotherapy
Sports physiotherapy services help athletes recover from injuries and enhance performance. We provide injury-specific rehabilitation programs, biomechanical assessments, and sport-specific training. Our approach combines hands-on treatment with preventive strategies to ensure safe return to activity and reduce re-injury risk through tailored exercise programs.
Post Surgical Physiotherapy
Post-surgical rehabilitation programs support recovery after joint replacements and other procedures. We develop progressive treatment plans focusing on restoring mobility, rebuilding strength, and improving functional capacity. Our physiotherapists work closely with surgeons to follow evidence-based protocols while adapting treatments to individual patient needs and recovery timelines.
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy utilises high-energy acoustic waves to stimulate healing in musculoskeletal tissues. This non-invasive treatment accelerates recovery from chronic conditions like tendonitis and plantar fasciitis. Our physiotherapists apply targeted energy to affected areas, promoting tissue regeneration and pain relief without requiring medication or surgical intervention.
