Established in 2004, Heidelberg Massage Therapy Centre (HMTC) has been a leader in providing a wide range of therapeutic massage and holistic health services in Heidelberg, Victoria. Our recent relocation to the peaceful suburb of Rosanna has enabled us to expand our offerings to include Remedial Massage, Myotherapy, Somatic Therapy, Naturopathy, Homeopathy, and Life Coaching. Our goal is to enhance the health and well-being of our clients and the broader community.

- *Sports Massage*: Our sports massage is tailored to athletes and individuals with active lifestyles. We work on existing injuries, prevention of new injuries, and pre and post-event massage for optimal performance and recovery.

- *Pregnancy Massage*: Pregnancy massage is a specific type of massage designed to alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy. We use specifically designed 'belly pillows' and perform the massage in a side-lying position for the comfort and safety of both mother and baby.
- *Myotherapy*: Myotherapy is a form of manual therapy that treats or prevents soft tissue pain and restricted joint movement. Myotherapists use a range of techniques including massage, trigger point therapy, dry needling, and corrective exercises to manage pain and improve movement.
