Our Cancellation Policy
To ensure a full massage session, please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations with notice of 4 or more hours will not incur a cancellation fee. Less than 4 hour notice cancellations will be charged 50% for the first time and 100% thereafter of the booked appointment price. Changes made to your appointment without 4 or more hours notice will incur the full booking fee.
