Welcome to Goes Green, an exciting initiative developed to save water, energy, and money while improving your investment. Launched in late 2006 by Compton Green, this initiative began as an analysis of their own behavior in terms of the environment. Compton Green quickly progressed through all environmental issues, starting with paper recycling and moving on to water-saving measures and other 'green' concerns.

Realizing that their research could help landlords and subsequently their tenants, Compton Green developed a simple checklist and plan for improving the 'green' credentials of properties under management. This initiative has created real benefits for all involved - landlords, tenants, and our environment. As a result, Goes Green was born.
