Our Services
The Cowrie Restaurant offers an extensive range of services, including fine dining, private dining, casual lunch, romantic dinner, and event planning. Our Cellar Dining experience features a chef's select 5-course degustation with paired wines and finishes with a tasting of a local Australian gin or Japanese whiskey. We also offer a Premium Cellar Experience, which includes an upgraded premium wine pairing selected by our Sommelier.
