Booking and Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be made online or over the phone for massages of 30 minutes or longer. A 24-hour notice period is required for any changes or cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a 50% charge of the booking value.
Arrival and Payment
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled booking to complete any necessary paperwork. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, cash, and relevant private health insurance rebates. Mobile phones should be placed on silent mode to ensure a peaceful environment.

We offer gift cards and saver packs, which can be purchased online or in-store. Our saver packs include a discounted series of massages that can be redeemed across all branches.
