At Seawalker Green Island, we're passionate about providing an unforgettable underwater experience on the Great Barrier Reef. Our unique helmet diving tour allows you to walk on the seafloor surrounded by vibrant tropical fish and stunning coral formations at Green Island, a 6000-year-old coral cay. With our experienced guides and state-of-the-art equipment, you'll feel safe and comfortable as you explore the underwater world.

Our Services

Our Seawalker Helmet Dive Tour is an action-packed adventure that's fun and easy, making it accessible to almost everyone, including non-swimmers. You'll begin with a 5-minute safety briefing, followed by donning the Seawalker helmet and descending 5 meters to the seafloor. Our experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way, ensuring your safety and comfort throughout the 15-20 minute underwater experience.

What to Expect

Before your underwater adventure, you'll receive a comprehensive briefing on safety procedures and what to expect during your Seawalker experience. Our staff will assist you with preparing your Seawalking gear, including a wetsuit and dive boots to protect you from the underwater elements. After a short transfer to the dive support vessel, you'll don the Seawalker helmet and descend to the seafloor, where you'll walk among the coral and fish, guided by our experienced instructors.

Getting to Green Island

To participate in the Seawalker experience, you'll need to take a ferry from Cairns to Green Island, which takes approximately 45 minutes. You can choose from various departure times and book your transfer ticket in addition to your Seawalker tour.

Pricing and Packages

Our Seawalker tour is priced at $198 per person, which does not include the cost of your ferry ticket to Green Island. However, we offer a package deal that includes your Seawalker experience, along with a snorkeling or glass-bottom boat tour, starting at $273 per adult.

Safety and Medical Information

At Seawalker Green Island, safety is our top priority. We recommend pre-booking your tour to avoid disappointment, as daily spaces are limited.
