Appointment Information
We require a credit card number to secure all appointments over $50.00. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, while cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Exchange Policy
We will gladly exchange any product that is found to be faulty. All returns must be notified within 48 hours of purchase. This policy also applies to dissatisfaction with any service performed.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos, and Amex. Please note that a 2% surcharge applies to Visa, Mastercard, and Amex payments.
