Negative Feedback
The only negative feedback came from Alexandra Falconer, who had a few issues with the facilities and services. She mentioned that the changing room area was too small, the shower doors were see-through, and the towel provided had a make-up stain. Additionally, she was not pleased with the $9 surcharge on food and drinks, and the fact that the Jacuzzi and sauna were closed due to COVID regulations.
