Do you offer after-hours emergency services?
We provide emergency care during operating hours. After hours, emergencies are referred to Advanced Vet Care, Geelong Animal Emergency, or Animal Referral Hospital.
How does the kitten adoption process work?
Submit an application form via email or in person. Our staff will contact you to discuss available kittens and arrange meet-and-greets.
What vaccinations do you recommend for puppies?
Puppies receive C3 or C5 vaccinations starting at 6 weeks, with boosters at 16 weeks and annual follow-ups.
Are puppy preschool bookings essential?
Yes, bookings are required as classes fill quickly. Sessions run every Monday at our Bacchus Marsh clinic.
Can I schedule appointments online?
Appointments must be made via phone or in person. We do not accept bookings through social media or email.
