Freedom to live your full potential
Welcome to Anxiety House Brisbane, a leading provider of evidence-based therapy for a range of anxiety disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. Our team of skilled clinicians is dedicated to helping you meet your true potential by tailoring our treatments to your specific areas of need.
Our Vision
Our vision is to be clinical leaders in the treatment of anxiety disorders. We strive to meet your treatment expectations by providing a quality evidence-based program and are committed to meeting you at any stage in your life.
Who We Treat
Anxiety House Brisbane was born from a need to specialise in all things anxiety. Our clinical psychologists are skilled in the assessment and treatment of a wide variety of anxiety disorders, including school refusal, phobias, worry (generalised anxiety), separation anxiety, social anxiety, behavioural challenges, and more.
We understand that children and teenagers face unique challenges as they navigate through different stages of development. Our clinical psychologists provide treatment of anxiety disorders with a knowledge and appreciation of this changing developmental framework.
At Anxiety House Brisbane, we recognise that adults may find "adulting" hard work, which can trigger underlying vulnerabilities like anxiety. We are familiar with a range of anxiety presentations and are committed to working with you with kindness, compassion, and empathy.
Families play a crucial role in the treatment of anxiety disorders. We recognise that individuals must be treated within their important systems. Whether it be your family of origin or a group of individuals you identify as your family, we recognise that context is important.
