Positive: The staff can be welcoming and the practitioners can be empathetic and make clients feel safe.
Negative: Some practitioners can be unprofessional, unempathetic, and more interested in making money than helping clients.

Staff and Practitioners

The reviewers had mixed opinions about the staff and practitioners at Providence House. Chris Tolliday had a negative experience with Christina Hully, describing her as "bloody horrible" and a "snob". On the other hand, Amanda Bryce had a positive experience with the same practitioner, finding her to be friendly and making her feel safe.

Trish Carrol was also mentioned by Alexandra Schmidt, who felt that she was more interested in building a professional rapport and making money rather than truly connecting and listening. However, Alexandra Schmidt did acknowledge that Trish Carrol tries her best and may be suitable for those in aged care who need a counselor for support and chat.

Shannon Quinn received a glowing review from Alkioxy Dahlia, who described his practice as "diverse, empathetic and introspective" and highly recommended him.

Overall Experience

The reviewers' overall experience at Providence House was also mixed. Alexandra Schmidt appreciated the welcoming and healing environment created by the general staff, but felt that they lacked a productive system. Chris Tolliday had a completely negative experience, while Amanda Bryce and Alkioxy Dahlia had positive experiences with their respective practitioners.
