Appointments and Availability
This health practice offers same-day appointments, which has been appreciated by some clients. Duncan MacWalter and Ruby Graham were able to book same-day appointments for their children and themselves, respectively. However, Sybille Dobber had difficulty booking an appointment due to the practice's lack of secure online payment system.

She was not given her test results over the phone and was asked to pay for another appointment to receive the results. Marina Nazario had a very positive experience with the doctor, who was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly.
Reception Staff

Shannon Burns, Leigh MacAskhill, and Hilary Peberdy all had positive interactions with the receptionists, who were described as caring and considerate. However, Mariah Gale had a negative experience with the reception staff, describing them as rude and unhelpful.
