Overall Atmosphere and Service

The majority of reviewers reported having a pleasant experience at the hotel, with most giving high ratings for atmosphere and service. Mackenzie Phillips and Julia Mullaney both praised the friendly and attentive staff, with Megan and Akira/ Lincoln/ Hannah being named specifically. Gilbert O'Sullivan also gave high marks for atmosphere and service during his happy hour visit.

Food and Beverage

Opinions on the food were mixed. Anthony Glue was disappointed with his experience, citing uncooked calamari and a lack of beer options during happy hour. Diana Waines found the food to be average "bar food", while C. W. and Robert Fischer had positive experiences with the calamari and barramundi. Mai Indasan found the food to be "just ok" and overpriced. Adel Laiduout, however, had an exceptional experience with accommodating staff and amazing food that catered to her food allergy needs.

Ambiance and Location

The hotel's location was praised by some, including Julia Mullaney, who appreciated the beautiful setting for sunset cocktails. Diana Waines also enjoyed the esplanade location. The interior design was described as stylish and modern by Gilbert O'Sullivan.

Management and Organization

Mai Indasan had a disappointing experience with poor management, citing disorganization and a long wait for food. However, Adel Laiduout had a positive experience with attentive staff and accommodation to her food allergy needs.
