Disappointing Experience
Skippers Airlines seems to have a consistent reputation for disappointing its passengers. With multiple 1-star reviews, it's clear that something is going wrong. Kari Pepper was unhappy with the lack of fuel on a flight, while Tyrone Holmes experienced rude air hostesses and failed communication about flight delays. Brad Gardner felt like they were treated as a hindrance rather than a customer, and Brad Gardner listed numerous delays, plane breakdowns, and understaffing as issues.
Mixed Reviews
However, not all reviews are negative. Corene Cooper had a positive experience with friendly pilots and convenient drink and snack vending machines. Colin Czerwionka appreciated the well-laid-out terminal and excellent staff. Adrian Cowin, while not overly impressed, acknowledged that Skippers set the benchmark for regional airline services and did okay considering the limitations of the route.
Consistency Issues
