Poor Service and Unhappy Patients
Kinsley had a traumatic experience at the practice, with the blood collection lady failing to draw blood correctly and struggling to use an ECG machine. Bwv decided to leave the practice due to poor service, citing a lack of care for patients and prioritizing billing codes. K. O. was unhappy with the receptionists, who failed to Book the correct doctor for a biopsy procedure and caused unnecessary stress. Tara L. was overcharged for telehealth calls that were often too short. M. E. had a negative experience with rude staff, being charged for being late and having to wait over an hour for appointments.
