Disappointing Experience
The reviewer, Nathan Carpentier, had a poor experience at the store, giving it a rating of 1 star. Upon entering the store, Nathan was expecting a showroom with a variety of chairs to try out, but instead, he found the space cluttered and stacked with chairs, making it difficult to access most of them. The chairs available for trial were used and returned by clients, often with hair and impressions on the seats, yet were still sold at full price.
Nathan dealt with a salesman named Paul, who he found unprofessional and unhelpful. Paul failed to send Nathan a brochure or a quote as promised, and Nathan ultimately ended up buying the same type of chair online from a different company, which offered more customization options and better customer service.
