Disappointment and Frustration
The reviewer, Emily Gilmour, expresses her disappointment and frustration with Denis McCleod and his firm. She claims to have sent multiple emails and paper copies of her emails to Denis regarding his grandson, but received no response.
Ignored Communications
Emily alleges that Denis ignored all communication from her and her late father, the Honourable John Gilmour QC and Federal Judge of Australia. Her father even sent a large package of documents to Denis regarding important and time-sensitive issues affecting their mutual grandson.
